This thread will be reserved for sign ups for Grab Bag donations. With Christmas shopping season upon us, it would be a great opportunity to market these grab bags as "stocking stuffers" etc. The more variety, the better!

If you would like to donate, here are the basics:

• NO BUSINESS CARDS OR COUPONS ONLY. You can DEFINITELY add those items to your donated item, but we would prefer
  tangible goods. If you choose to donate the RETAIL value of the item must
  range from $3.00 to $5.00.
  
• If you are choosing to donate, we will need at least 5 items.
  
• These
  items will all be shipped to the person coordinating the bags and WE
  will take care of shipping them out, photographing and listing them in
  the team shop.
  
• This grab bag is pretty much for TEAM Promoting only.
  There will be no monetary gain from this at all. Depending on the size
  of the grab bags they will sell for a set amount and all that money
  will go to pay for TEAM items.
  

This is a fun way of getting your name & Shop link included on team shop listings!

If you donated last time, I still have some of your items left, so you won't need to donate more unless you want to.

I have 10 items, just package them 2 with each grab bag. (1 item alone was not 5.00 so this way I combined them.

Anyone else up for the November grab bags? Iam putting the deadline at November 9th since I didn't get it posted in here soon enough.

Also remember, you can contribute to the team grab bag even if you don't want to keep individual itemsin the shop. It is just another way to get your shop name out to people.

And to clarify on the minimum amount per item of donation:

• Your 5 items should be a retail value of 3-5 dollars each.
  

Ex. My copper and fancy jasper earrings sell for $5 each, but only cost me 1.00 to make.


The items need to be substantial enough that people will not feel jipped, but you don't have to send them the most expensive piece in your shop either.

So, I am a little confused, lol.
Should EACH item be a $3-$5 item or combined?
Would my ACEO prints work? Other than that I'm not sure what I could offer

AND...do they need to be individually packaged like Michelle's? I can place each one in a rigid toploader (hard plastic sleeve) and find a small clear bag to slip each into.

I'd like to donate if I can do this. If ACEO prints wouldn't work, I'll see what else I can whip up, lol

Depending on if you sell them for around that price, yes they would totally work!

Because they are ACEOS, I would probably try to package each one pretty carefully (like you would to ship them out yourself), so that they don't get damaged in shipment when she has to mail them out one at a time.

I just wanted to make sure that the mail sorter didn't eat it like they did Deb's (AWEShop) It took forever for hers to get here, and when it finally did it was wrapped up in the nice little "Ooops, look what we did to your mail" bags from the post office... Sometimes I think the USPS does it on purpose (JK)
