We were told that one of the problems we had with the old checkout, different "ship to" addresses on the Etsy invoice and the PayPal notification, would be fixed by the new checkout with PayPal. Unfortunately that is not always true and I wanted to give my team mates a heads up about that. I luckily just happened to check a recent sale for address match, even though I had gotten comfortable and had stopped checking, and I'm glad I did. Back to contacting to see where this item really needs to go. What a pain. So, keep checking the addresses for a match on your sales!
