So Annoyed!

Ughhhh! What a freakin pain! I just had over 100.00 extracted from my PAYPAL account because someone put in a claim of items not received from me.

They bought it 1.5 weeks ago and they are in FRANCE! Oh and the ship date as stated in my announcement AND the invoice page was not until 5 days later on that Friday. So 1 week, going International during the Holiday Season?!?!?!??!?! grrr....

I can't believe that PayPal would do that for that time frame. Have you called them to explain and see if they can do anything at this point. They really need to check with sellers before automatically doing something like that. Credit card companies get info from both sides before making determinations. Do you know what PayPal is prepared to do when her items actually show up?

That's what I am afraid of, that they won't do anything because there is no tracking number for International packages. Now she gets her stuff and her money if she's not an honest person

I'm so P-Oed. I did write them in the 'contact us' field AND responded to the claim, who knows what will happen now! argg...

I have the best luck when actually calling Paypal. Not sure of their weekend hours, but I would call them and explain, this is ridiculous!
