| I put in a request in alchemy and only got 2 responses and 1 wasn't even for what I wanted, the 2nd was PERFECT and I waited for her mock ups in order to approve.
Anyway, the one that didn't bring anything up to my specifications, but created their own, I declined. What do I get with that declination? I have been harassed non stop by this person:
KNDChicago
Through Convo, my Facebook page AND my blog. It's been one after another and even after I reported it to Etsy and let them know, they still keep going, they just took it off of Etsy.
This person is mad because I declined their offer and they keep ranting that I turned them down. IT's totally 100% insane.

| They were just doing a lot of name calling and being rude and then they still kept contacting me until yesterday via convo and letting me know that people like me accepting lower bids (which in the end I did not, I took the one that did an AWESOME mock up of what I wanted and I in fact ended up ordering more than I had said I would).
Etys reply today? Don't post links to your blog or facebook if I don't want them posting their negativity over there.
If they keep convoing me?
Delete the convos and DO NOT CONTACT THEM BACK. Oh, but reply to them and tell them not to contact me. Ummm...double speak there???
grrr.....

| I've never tried that side of alchemy. I'm sorry to hear about your experience. That must be why so many people include things like, "Please don't feel bad if I turn you down, it just wasn't a perfect match."
Your experience might also be why so many people don't turn down the bids they don't want.

| Yeah it was a pain and more headache than it was worth. In the end, I think I will have to keep leaving the bids open until I accept 1 and leave the rest open. It's not fair to the people that work Etsy right, but at the same time, this was just a headache and another check in the 'why Etsy doesn't work for me' box.
