since you are in an International Destination, you might want to skip Free Shipping since you will lose money, unless you can take it out of your advertising budget OR raise the prices on your products.

I love the idea of Buy 1 Get one, it's a safer promotion and will cost you pretty much the same price to ship 1 or 2 cards.

I'd go with a BOGO of some sort, or even buy 2 get one free, or something like that.
